Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills required.
• Experience in hotel sales/meeting management a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients booking executive meetings and corporate events.
• Coordinate with catering, housekeeping, front desk, and AV teams to meet client specs.
• Promote and upsell hotel services and meeting packages.
• Ensure timely setup and smooth execution of events from pre- to post-event.
