Crescent Hotels & Resorts is hiring a PT - Spa Concierge Front Desk Attendant at the Hilton Phoenix Resort at the Peak in Phoenix. You will greet guests, manage check-ins/outs, answer calls, handle reservations, and support fitness operations with a friendly, professional approach.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Self-starting with an even disposition and team-oriented attitude.
• Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
• Strong communication with guests and colleagues to defuse conflicts.
• Basic mathematical and computer skills are required.
• Preferred: high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide premier front desk service for spa guests and spa members in person and by phone.
• Handle guest reception, checkout, inquiries, appointment reservations and fitness operations.
