Job summary

HVMG - Hospitality Ventures Management Group is seeking a Convention Services Manager to coordinate and execute group events from planning through completion, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.

You will serve as the primary liaison between clients and hotel departments, manage all logistics, and drive guest satisfaction for meetings, conferences, and conventions. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• A college degree or two years of hotel experience.
• Previous experience in a similar or related position.
• Additional consideration for completed certifications.

Responsibilities

• Build excellent relationships with clients and hotel associates to ensure seamless turnover from sales to service.
• Create BEOs and group resumes, communicate client expectations to the hotel team, and maximize revenue opportunities by upselling and offering enhancements.
• Serve as liaison between clients and hotel departments to coordinate flawless meetings and events.
