Job summary

You will lead pre- and post-event meetings, align with sales, catering, and hotel departments, and uphold brand standards while delivering high-level service and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2 or more years of hotel catering and rooms experience in the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of a consistent ability to provide quality service.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage group conventions from pre-event to post-event.
• Upsell opportunities to maximize revenue and manage space efficiently.
• Lead pre-event and post-event meetings with clients and hotel staff.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and brand standards across all event phases.
• Communicate event requirements across departments and resolve issues.
