Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management seeks an experienced Convention Services professional to prepare event documentation, coordinate with group sales and hotel departments, and ensure seamless transitions from pre-event to post-event.

You will maximize revenue through upselling, plan group and convention bookings, manage space and menus, and uphold high standards of guest satisfaction across all event phases.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hotel catering and rooms experience.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Strong knowledge of catering, F&B, and banquet operations.
• Proven presentation, organizational, and closing skills.
• Proficient with MS Office; Delphi experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, upsell, and detail programs with clients for events.
• Prepare resumes and paperwork to ensure quality service.
• Monitor group room requirements and manage event budgets.
• Lead pre-event and post-event meetings and coordinate with departments.
• Maintain guest satisfaction and resolve issues to ensure repeat business.
• Communicate requirements to hotel areas and ensure seamless turnover.
