Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management's Raleigh North Hills Hilton is seeking an experienced Convention/Event Services Manager. You will coordinate with group sales, catering, and hotel departments to ensure high-level service across pre-event, event, and post-event phases.

You will maximize revenue through upselling, manage room blocks, and support brand standards and corporate initiatives. This role requires strong organization, communication, and leadership to deliver quality events and guest

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hotel catering and events experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to upsell and maximize revenue.

Responsibilities
