AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic leader to immediately fill the role of Convenience Store Attendant Supervisor, Full-time.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the training and development of team members.
2. Interview applicants for Customer Service Attendant positions to maintain necessary staffing levels.
3. Review inventory and waste levels of accounts and make recommendations.
4. Prepare Inventory Report Card evaluations, review these with team members, and take necessary disciplinary action monthly.
5. Complete monthly inventory action plans for team members.
6. Generate reports for management to ensure profitability at accounts.
7. Verify and sign off on timecards.
8. Visit accounts and meet with account representatives.
9. Lead and assist on projects assigned by the Operations Manager or Branch Manager.
10. Lift, carry, or otherwise move objects weighing up to 40 pounds while training and assisting at accounts.
11. Perform physical activities such as walking, bending, crouching, and climbing stairs.
12. Operate and maintain company-owned vehicle safely for traveling to branches and accounts.
13. Perform other duties as specified by management.

Additional Duties:

1. Inspect accounts weekly to ensure machines are clean, filled, and operating correctly.
2. Recruit, train, and retain team members.
3. Develop succession plans.
4. Operate accounts within labor guidelines.
5. Maintain team member inventory percentages, direct labor costs, waste percentages, inventory levels, and consumption.
6. Attend weekly staff meetings.
7. Address customer inquiries/complaints within 24 hours.
8. Follow all safety requirements at accounts, including the use of personal protective equipment such as hard hats, safety glasses, ear protection, etc.
