Compensation

$17.00-$18.00 per hour

Schedule

Our Standard Store Hours are from 5 am to 11 pm. Due to the nature of our business, some evening, weekend, and holiday hours may be needed, along with open availability to work any shift.

Responsibilities

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager and District Manager in overall store operations. Your role is to help achieve performance and profit goals by assisting in the selection, development, and training of team members. You will help foster a fast and casual "to-go" brand known for world-class convenience.

• Monitor store financial performance and inventory, ensuring shelves are stocked and waste minimized. Communicate vendor issues and manage cash handling. Analyze audits and take corrective actions.
• Supervise daily tasks and performance of team members, providing feedback, coaching, and development opportunities.
• Respond to guest complaints, actively solicit feedback to exceed expectations.
• Ensure safety, service, and operational standards are met or exceeded. Implement safety programs and ensure legal and company compliance. Report incidents timely.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in business or related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of leadership experience preferred, preferably in retail or convenience store.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb, kneel, and bend during shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Understanding of retail financial aspects.
• Ability to prioritize and organize workload.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to learn store applications.
• Flexibility to work at other locations as required.
• Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
