Compensation

$15.00-$16.00

Schedule

Our Standard Store Hours are from 5 am to 11 pm. Due to the nature of our business, some evening, weekend, and holiday hours may be needed, along with open availability to work any shift.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager and District Manager in overall store operations to achieve performance and profit goals.
  • Assist in supervising day-to-day tasks and performance for team members, providing coaching and development opportunities.
  • Respond to and resolve guest complaints, actively seeking feedback to exceed expectations.
  • Ensure safety, service, and operational standards are met or exceeded, implementing safety programs and ensuring compliance with laws and policies.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in business or related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of leadership experience preferred, especially in retail or convenience stores.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb, kneel, and bend during shifts.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Strong understanding of retail financial aspects.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize workload effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn store computer applications.
  • Flexibility to work at other locations as required.
  • Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
