Compensation: $19.00 per hour

Schedule: Our standard store hours are from 5 am to 11 pm. Due to the nature of our business, evening, weekend, and holiday hours may be required, along with open availability to work any shift.

Responsibilities: As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager and District Manager in store operations, help achieve performance and profit goals, and assist in the training and development of team members. You will help foster a fast, casual "to-go" brand known for world-class convenience.

  • Monitor store financial performance and inventory, ensure shelves are stocked, minimize waste, communicate vendor issues, and manage cash procedures. Analyze audits and implement corrective actions.
  • Supervise daily tasks and performance of team members, providing feedback, coaching, and development opportunities.
  • Respond to guest complaints, solicit feedback, and strive to exceed guest expectations.
  • Ensure safety, service, and operational standards are met or exceeded. Implement safety programs and ensure compliance with laws and policies. Report incidents promptly.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
  • Associate's degree in business or related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of leadership experience preferred, preferably in retail or convenience stores.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb, kneel, and bend during shifts.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Strong understanding of retail financials.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize workload.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn store computer applications.
  • Flexibility to work at different locations as needed.
  • Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.
