Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and technical schooling or industrial maintenance certs.
• Equivalent experience: High School Diploma or GED and 5+ years experience as control technician in industrial manufacturing.
• Military technical specialties may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead troubleshooter for electrical/automation issues on their shift.
• Install, configure, maintain, or replace industrial control devices (HMIs, VFDs, PLCs).
• Respond to major downtime events and drive problem solving.
• Support preventive/predictive maintenance enhancements.
• Assist with new equipment installation and startup.
