Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of related maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Allen‑Bradley/Rockwell PLCs and related programming preferred.
• Familiarity with RSLogix, ladder logic, and PLC programming.
• Proficient in interpreting electrical schematics (PID diagrams) and safety devices.

Responsibilities

• Test, diagnose, and repair PLCs, motors, control devices, switch panels, transformers, and other electrical equipment.
• Modify equipment to correct functional deviations per manufacturer specs.
• Diagnose and repair malfunctions in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, or hydraulic systems.
• Plan and record testing; recommend upgrades or replacements for failing equipment.
• Perform maintenance using HMIs, VFDs, and PLC programs; troubleshoot robot controllers and automation equipment.
• Document changes and communicate with Supervisors, Managers, and Engineers.
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks on automation and process equipment.
• Create, modify, and close maintenance work orders in SAP.
