Electrical Automation Services in Swedesboro, NJ seeks a Controls Technician to maintain and optimize plant-wide electrical, automation, and process control systems on high-speed lines. You will lead troubleshooting, perform root-cause analysis, and train Electro-Mechanics across all shifts.

Requirements include a high school diploma with extensive industrial controls experience, familiarity with Rockwell, Siemens, and Mitsubishi software, and ability to read schematics and maintenance docs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with extensive industrial controls, automation, or electrical maintenance experience.
• Familiarity with machine layouts, control drawings, P&IDs, and interconnection diagrams.
• Proficiency with Rockwell, Siemens, and Mitsubishi programming software.
• Ability to read schematics, work orders, manuals, and maintenance instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize plant electrical, automation, and process control systems.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for electrical and controls failures.
• Train and coordinate Electro-Mechanics across shifts.
• Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for PLCs, drives, networks, and equipment.
• Support plant utility systems and ensure GMP, safety, and quality standards.
