Electrical Automation Services in Swedesboro, NJ is seeking a Controls Technician to maintain and optimize plant electrical, automation, and process control systems on high-speed production lines. You will lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and training across shifts to maximize equipment uptime.

The role requires strong knowledge of PLCs, drives, and electrical schematics, with GMP and safety standards in mind. Weekend availability may be required based on production needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with industrial controls experience.
• Associate degree or technical training in electrical engineering is a plus.
• Experience with PLCs, drives, networks, and control systems is essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize plant-wide electrical, automation, and process control systems.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for electrical and controls-related failures.
• Train and coordinate Electro-Mechanics across shifts.
• Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for PLCs, drives, networks, and equipment.
