Electrical Automation Services in Swedesboro, NJ is hiring a Controls Technician to maintain plant-wide electrical, automation and process control systems on high-speed production lines. You will lead troubleshooting, perform root cause analysis, and train Electro-Mechanics across shifts to maximize equipment reliability.

Qualifications include a high school diploma (associate degree preferred), extensive controls experience, and proficiency with Rockwell, Siemens, and Mitsubishi software.

Qualificações

• Extensive industrial controls, automation, or electrical maintenance experience.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, drawings, and manuals.
• Proficiency with PLCs, drives, networks, and maintenance documentation.
• Understanding GMP, safety, and quality standards in a food manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain plant electrical, automation, and process control systems to maximise uptime.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for electrical/controls failures.
• Train and coordinate Electro-Mechanics across shifts.
• Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for PLCs, drives, networks, and equipment.
• Support plant utilities and maintain documentation and schematics.
