Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Controls Team Supervisor in Fargo, ND to lead the Custom Equipment Programming Group while continuing hands-on controls work. You will mentor technicians and coordinate projects with SCADA, PLC, and automation colleagues to deliver reliable manufacturing solutions.

Responsibilities

Provide direction for the Controls group while continuing to execute controls work, collaborating with Automation Systems, Maintenance, Information Systems, and Operations
Research, analyze, install, and test automation control systems to improve machine efficiency and production demands
Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and programming-related issues; propose preventive maintenance
Manage projects and timelines through completion with feedback loops and end-user training
Liaise with vendors to ensure equipment and electrical practices align with Marvin specifications and foster cross-department collaboration
