Marvin is seeking a CEPG Controls Team Supervisor in Fargo, ND to guide the Controls team while continuing hands-on controls work. You will mentor technicians, coordinate projects, and collaborate with SCADA, PLC, and databased specialists to integrate advanced automated manufacturing equipment.

The role emphasizes leadership, process improvement, and on-time delivery of projects, with relocation support and a broad benefits package. A four-year degree and manufacturing experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree and 1–2 years of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience leading teams and mentoring staff within a manufacturing setting.
• Project management skills and ability to execute work to established timelines.
• Strong, proactive communication, training, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to foster collaboration and empower others to own their work.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction for the Controls group while continuing to execute controls work with cross-functional teams.
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate Controls Technicians to complete projects on time.
• Research, analyze, install, and test automation control systems to improve machine efficiency.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and programming issues; recommend preventive maintenance.
