Job summary

Whirlpool Corporation offers a three-year Manufacturing Leadership Development Program: Controls Engineering Track with rotations at Findlay, OH and Clyde, OH. Start date is July 2027, progressing from Controls Analyst to Senior Analyst after completion.

You will design, implement, and optimize automation systems, mentor by senior engineers, and lead cross-plant initiatives leveraging IIoT and AI/ML concepts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Controls/Automation or related field, with GPA ≥ 2.8.
• 0–18 months of relevant experience; pursue graduation by May 2027.
• Must have US work authorization; relocation may be required.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and troubleshoot core automation systems (PLCs, HMIs, drives).
• Rotate across plant locations to gain focused controls engineering experience.
• Lead cross-plant transformation projects and collaborate with engineers.
• Apply Lean/WCM principles to drive continuous improvement.
