Qualifications
- Completion of a Bachelor's degree by May 2027 in a related field.
- Majors include Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or Operations/Operations Management.
- Current GPA of 2.8 or higher is required.
Responsibilities
- Work on Assembly Operations including process/lean engineering and supervision.
- Contribute to Logistics, materials planning, and Lean initiatives.
- Support Quality metrics and engineering activities across plants.
- Engage in Project Engineering for standardization of work and SOPs.
- Develop leadership and teamwork skills while rotating across sites.
