Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a BAS Controls Engineering Supervisor to lead a high-performing team of controls engineers in building automation projects across the United States. You will balance people management with technical direction, ensuring deliverables meet customer specs and schedules.

You will design BAS systems, configure WebCTRL and Eikon interfaces, and perform commissioning for large-scale projects such as central chiller plants.

Qualifications

• HVAC controls experience: 5+ years with HS/GED or 4+ years with an Associate Degree.
• 1+ years supervisory or team lead experience.
• 1+ years of experience with Visio or CAD design software.
• 1+ years with BAS software and standard protocols BACnet/Modbus/SNMP/LON/N2.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel up to 10%.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Construction/Manufacturing/Industrial Eng preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of controls engineers; conduct performance reviews and hiring.
• Coordinate manpower planning with Engineering Manager and resources.
• Oversee QA/QC reviews to meet customer specs and schedules.
• Design BAS systems: controllers, devices, sensors, networks, hardware.
• Program WebCTRL, Eikon, SiteBuilder; create sequences and interfaces.
• Perform testing and commissioning on complex systems; coordinate with sales & PMs.
