Stryten Energy seeks an experienced Controls Engineer for its Kansas City, MO plant. You will own PLC programming (Allen-Bradley) and oversee integration of new equipment while collaborating with operations and suppliers. Training and growth opportunities exist across multiple U.S. facilities.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years as an industrial controls engineer in plant operations preferred.
• Ability to read and create PLC programs (LD, FC, FBD, ST, IL).
• Allen-Bradley experience required; familiarity with design standards.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain PLC programs.
• Specify, design, acquire, and validate manufacturing equipment.
• Interface with suppliers and Operations to integrate new machinery.
• Standardize controls with factory engineers and technicians.
• Design electrical schematics and CAD drawings.
• Recommend control changes to reduce downtime and costs.
• Configure HMI systems and BOMs; support OSHA compliance.
• Apply lean concepts on projects and support team goals.
