Salary range: 140K–150K USD. You will lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close, prepare management reports and forecasts, and ensure SOX compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• Experience in a controllership role with strong accounting skills.
• Experience managing close and reporting processes in a public company environment (SOX).
• CPA certification is advantageous.
• SAP experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

What you will do

• Lead all controllership activities, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
• Prepare management reports, financial analyses, forecasts, and budgets.
• Partner closely with business leaders and support financial decision‑making across the organization.
• Monitor financial performance and provide insights on actual results versus forecasts and budgets.
• Support compliance with public company requirements, internal controls, and SOX‑related processes.
• Collaborate with accounting staff and provide professional guidance and leadership.
• Drive process improvements and help scale financial operations in a dynamic and evolving environment.
• Work closely with global stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong accounting and controllership background. Must.

• Experience building forecasts, budgets, or financial analyses. Advantage.
