Responsibilities

• Own the month-end and year-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of consolidated financial statements.
• Manage the annual financial audit and lead recommendations for procedural improvements.
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, treasury, accounts payable, procurement, and payroll.
• Partner with Revenue Cycle Management on revenue recognition and bad debt reporting.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships with senior leadership, vendors, banking partners, and external auditors.
• Ensure internal controls are properly designed and operating effectively across the department.

Job Details

• Own the month-end and year-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of consolidated financial statements
• Manage the annual financial audit and lead recommendations for procedural improvements

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust across departments and with senior leadership
• ERP experience required
