What you'll do:

• Own the accounting oversight for a high-transaction, acquisitive environment.
• Assist the VP with preparing periodic filings for quarterly and annual requirements, registration statements, and financial statements.
• Work with external public accountants to plan and execute audits and reviews.
• Lead the implementation of new accounting pronouncements and policies, ensuring required system changes are completed on time to support future requirements.
• Act as a strategic leader on a high-performing, collaborative accounting team.

Who you are:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• CPA required.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting and industry.
• Strong technical accounting skills in GAAP.
• Adapts and thrives in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
• Strong critical-thinking skills.
• Prior management experience required.
• Experience with acquisitions in a private-equity environment.

What does this position pay?

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $170,000 to $200,000 per year plus bonus % DOE. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
