Responsibilities

• Monitor active shipments and milestones from origin to final delivery.
• Update shipment tracking reports every two hours for visibility.
• Track milestones such as pickup, in-transit status, ETA, and delivery.
• Obtain shipment status updates via GPS, tracking systems, and other platforms.
• Contact drivers, carriers, and partners to obtain status updates when needed.
• Document shipment updates and timelines in required systems.
• Identify delays or exceptions and escalate to the appropriate team.
• Communicate timely shipment status information to internal stakeholders.
