Job summary

DSV, a global leader in transport and logistics, seeks a Senior Control Tower Specialist in Lancaster, TX. You will oversee end-to-end transportation activities, manage exceptions, and coordinate across customers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure service levels are met.

You will analyze performance data, drive process improvements, and serve as a subject matter expert for final mile operations, contributing to OTIF and contract compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred in business, logistics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in FTL/LTL, logistics, or transportation brokerage.
• Experience with Transportation Management Software (TMS) and contract/SLA interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of shipments from pickup to final delivery and manage SLAs.
• Escalate complex final mile issues and coordinate corrective actions with stakeholders.
• Analyze trends in service performance and root-cause of failures.
• Develop process improvements to improve on-time and in-full delivery metrics.
• Provide updates to carriers, customers, and internal teams on performance and issues.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Success to support integrated solutions.
