Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in transportation, logistics, or related fields preferred.
• Experience with tracking, GPS, and TMS is preferred.
• Strong communication with drivers and partners is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
• Ability to learn and use transportation technology and systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor shipments from origin to final delivery and update status.
• Review tracking reports every two hours for accuracy.
• Track milestones and communicate delays or exceptions to teams.
• Obtain status updates via GPS, tracking systems, and TMS.
• Contact drivers and carriers for missing information and document updates.
• Maintain accurate shipment data in all systems and reports.
• Escalate issues and support ad-hoc reporting as needed.
