Job summary

Securitas is seeking a Control Room Supervisor to oversee Security Officers and Lead Officers at client sites, ensuring compliance with post orders, rounds, and reporting. The role includes coaching staff, training, and coordinating payroll and staffing with management to maintain coverage and high service levels.

Minimum education is a High School Diploma or GED with 2 years of related experience; retail experience is preferred. Strong customer service and supervisory skills are essential.

• Knowledge of security operations and supervisory practices

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other personnel across client posts; ensure post orders are followed and rounds completed.
• Coach and discipline personnel; conduct meetings and document actions.
• Train Officers and review assignments with subordinates; ensure adequate post coverage and reporting.
• Assist in payroll and personnel data submission; coordinate with management for coverage and staffing.
