Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Control Room Operator to lead and direct shift operations at the power facility. You will monitor plant systems continuously, respond to alarms, and ensure safe, efficient startup and shutdown procedures to meet generating requirements.

You will train fellow operators, review logs, and coordinate with Crane and Back Plant teams to sustain safe operation during outages and emergencies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• ASME QRO Provisional Licensing exam required within the first year of holding the position.
• All Control Room Operators must have strong leadership and motivational skills, and the ability to stay alert while sitting for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate how actions support Reworld Values and Behaviors.
• Train other Operators on operating principles of power facility systems.
• Maintain required logs and monitor for abnormal conditions; notify supervisor.
• Provide guidance to Crane, Auxiliary, and Back Plant Operators to maintain safe operation.
• Monitor boiler, turbine, and auxiliary equipment operations.
