Job summary

You will guide Crane, Auxiliary, and Back Plant Operators to maintain safe, efficient operation.

The role requires reading blueprints and P&ID’s, monitoring boiler and turbine operations, and responding to alarms with immediate corrective action.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• ASME QRO Provisional Licensing exam within the first year.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to Crane, Auxiliary, and Back Plant Operators to maintain a safe and efficient operation.
• Monitor operations systems and boiler/turbine equipment operations.
• Read blueprints, P&ID’s, and schematic specifications.
• Manage critical events and prioritize tasks during emergencies.
• Respond to operational alarms, taking immediate corrective action.
• Demonstrate solid understanding of operational best practices to support safety goals.
