Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Comfortable working with computers and spreadsheet software.
• Able to remain seated and focused for extended periods.
• Willingness to work rotating schedules, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to follow procedures and communicate issues when they arise.
• Strong reliability and dependability.

Responsibilities

• Monitor operational data and system information from a control room environment.
• Track, update, and maintain information using spreadsheets and computer systems.
• Identify irregularities or changes in system data and report them appropriately.
• Maintain accurate digital records and logs of operational activity.
• Communicate relevant information clearly to appropriate personnel.

• Maintain situational awareness during extended monitoring periods.
