Job summary

Keel Infrastructure is seeking a Control Room Operator to manage main units and plant equipment from the control room, ensuring safe operation and reliable performance. You’ll work under the Shift Supervisor coordinating with O&M services to maintain continuous operations.

The role requires at least four years of power plant operator experience, knowledge of switching procedures, and the ability to handle emergencies.

Qualifications

• Minimum four (4) years experience in power plant operator functions.
• Demonstrated knowledge of control room operation and maintenance relations.
• High school diploma, or equivalent, required.
• Ability to clear equipment, write switching orders, and perform switching.

Responsibilities

• Operate plant equipment and switchgear from the control room.
• Place plant equipment in service and remove from service.
• Perform routine maintenance and support major downtimes.
• Maintain station with housekeeping and safety checks.
