PS in Miami, FL seeks a Control Room Associate to coordinate daily operations across PS movements. The ideal candidate will lead a small team, manage multiple tasks, and maintain strong relationships with TSA, CBP, and partners.

This is a full-time role requiring open schedules, including weekends, with opportunities to advance within the operation and a comprehensive benefits package.

Competenze

• Ability to utilize Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Airport/airline experience preferred.
• Experience managing conflict and effective problem resolution.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams.

Mansioni

• Daily preparation of operations for each business day by gathering and disseminating information to all work centers at PS.
• Coordinate successful execution of all planned and unplanned operations.
• Initiate and coordinate reservation-related tasks with MIA Airline Carriers.
• Effectively manage PS Terminal relationships with TSA, CBP, and other organizations.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors when required.
• Coach and deliver feedback for developmental purposes.
• Be approachable and foster trust and respect with colleagues.
• Provide excellent customer service to members, partners, and PS departments.
