Job summary

PS MIA is seeking a Control Room Associate to coordinate daily movements and oversee a team of Members and Operations Associates at Miami International Airport (MIA). The ideal candidate will manage multiple activities, provide clear directions, and maintain strong relationships with TSA, CBP, and airline partners.

The role requires excellent communication, multi-tasking, and the ability to coach others. A fully open schedule including weekends, holidays, and shifts is expected in this 24-hour

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Airport operations experience preferred.
• Ability to manage conflict and resolve problems effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational abilities.
• Proven capability to lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations preparation for each business day.
• Ensure successful execution of planned and unplanned operations.
• Initiate reservation-related tasks with MIA Airline Carriers.
• Manage relationships with TSA, CBP, and third-party vendors.
• Coach and provide feedback for team development.
• Deliver excellent customer service to members and partners.
• Support leadership with ad-hoc duties as directed.
