Job summary

Professional Services Plus Inc. is seeking a motivated Control Room Associate for our DFW operations. You will coordinate daily PS movements and lead a small team of Member and Operations Associates.

The role requires strong Office skills, airport experience preferred, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining excellent service for members and partners in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Airport experience preferred.
• Experience managing conflict and solving problems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations and disseminate information to PS work centers.
• Ensure successful execution of planned and unplanned operations.
• Initiate and coordinate reservation-related tasks with ATL Airline Carriers.
• Manage relationships with TSA, CBP, and third-party vendors.
• Coach teammates and provide constructive feedback.
• Deliver excellent customer service to members, partners, and PS departments.
• Execute additional duties as directed by leadership.

The Role: Control Room Associate – PS DFW

The Control Room Associate is responsible for the daily coordination of all PS movements. The ideal candidate for this position is a motivated, team-orientated individual with the ability to successfully manage multiple activities while providing leadership and direction to the team of Member and Operations Associates.

Responsibilities And Expectations

• Daily preparation of operations for each business day by gathering and disseminating operational information to all work centers at PS.
• Coordinate successful execution of all planned and unplanned operations.
• Initiate and coordinate reservation-related tasks with ATL Airline Carriers.
• Effectively manage PS Terminal relationships with TSA, CBP, and other organizations.
• Effectively manage relationships with third-party vendors when required.
• Ability to coach and deliver feedback for developmental purposes.
• Be approachable and have interpersonal skills that foster trust and respect.
• Provide excellent customer service to our members, business partners, and PS departments and colleagues.
• Perform any other duties as needed by the operation as directed by The Managing Director or other PS Leadership.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to utilize Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Airport experience preferred.
• Experience managing conflict and effective problem resolution.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screening + background check
• Collection of SSN as part of the background check process will be required
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• PS is a 24-hour facility and as such we require fully open schedule availability and flexibility for all positions within our operations departments, including weekends, holidays, and early morning/late evening shifts.
