Job summary

Honeywell Federal Manufacturing & Technologies, LLC in Oak Ridge, TN is seeking a Control Account Manager to support DSW Program Managers and manage cost and schedule performance for assigned control accounts, leading cross‑functional teams.

The role requires EVMS and PMB discipline, variance analysis, risk identification and mitigation, cost estimates validation, and coordination with Product and Process Engineers to keep work within baseline constraints.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience
Master's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience
PhD may be considered
12+ years of education and/or experience may satisfy requirements

Responsibilities

Ensures EVMS principles are followed and PMB is correct; prepare VARs to explain deviations
Provide monthly Earned Value status for each assigned Control Account
Ensure correct charge numbers are used for work
Assist PMs with identifying risks, contingencies and validating cost estimates
Develop corrective actions and trends to address PMB deviations
Lead the development of mitigation strategies for risks over the life of the control accounts
Coordinate with Product and Process Engineers to manage assigned control accounts
