Job summary

Leidos Defense Systems is seeking a seasoned program control professional to lead discussions on scope for Control Accounts, define tasks, and manage staffing to meet program objectives. You will plan and execute hardware-centric work, monitor CA budgets and schedules, and provide timely ETC data.

You will ensure EVMS integration and risk-based action planning throughout the program lifecycle. This role requires experience with IMS, PMB, EAC/ETC, IPMR/IPMDAR reporting, and strong communication

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a technical field with relevant PM/ control experience.
• Experience with IMS, PMB, change management, WBS, and work authorizations.
• Knowledge of IPMR/IPMDAR reports and earned value management.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and controlling cost and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead scope definitions for Control Accounts and decompose tasks.
• Plan and execute hardware-centric projects and maintain CA objectives.
• Coordinate staffing and resource planning across CAs.
• Manage CA budgets and schedules, including variance analysis.
• Enter monthly inputs in Leidos EVM tool (LENS) and update IMS status.
• Support proposal activities with schedule, cost, and resource inputs.
• Provide risk, issue, and opportunity inputs for review boards.
