Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Program Control Specialist to partner with the Integrated program team to develop program plans, create baselines, and manage EAC and EVM across large complex programs. This role requires strong cost and schedule integration, data analysis, and communication with stakeholders.

You will mentor teammates, drive improvements, and ensure compliance with contract requirements while leveraging SAP experience and Microsoft Office tools. Based in Phoenix, AZ.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in EVM (Earned Value Management).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Leads or supports development of initial program baselines and compliant baseline change management.
• Prepares and analyzes reliable cost report data for program stakeholders.
• Responsible for program EAC management and cost/schedule integration.
• Communicates with program team and customers to ensure alignment with contract requirements.
• Supports CAMs in monthly cost and schedule reviews and variance analysis.
• Mentors other team members and drives program improvements.
