Y-12 National Security Complex is seeking a Control Account Manager in Oak Ridge, TN. The CAM supports DSW program managers and leads cost and schedule performance for assigned control accounts, acting as the primary planning, execution, and reporting contact for cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes EVMS adherence, variance analysis, and risk-driven cost management, with collaboration across engineering and production teams to keep work within baseline constraints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Master's degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• PhD.
• Twelve or more years of education and/or relevant experience may satisfy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensures EVMS principles are followed and PMB is correct, including monthly VARs.
• Provide Monthly Earned Value status for each assigned Control Account.
• Ensure execution organizations have correct charge numbers for the work performed.
• Assist program managers with risks, contingencies, and validating cost estimates.
• Develop corrective actions and write trends to address PMB deviations.
• Lead development of mitigation strategies for associated risks.
• Coordinate with Product and Process Engineers to manage control accounts.
