RTX is seeking a Control Account Manager (CAM) to oversee cost, schedule, and technical performance for assigned control accounts within the Capacity Growth Office. The role reports to the Execution Director and requires strong EVMS and cost-control expertise, with a hybrid work arrangement across Tucson, AZ or other listed sites.

The candidate will manage IMS updates, BCRs, EAC inputs, and risk analysis, collaborating with engineering, SCM, and operations to ensure program commitments are met

Qualifications

• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM), with EVM certification preferred.
• Experience in Microsoft Excel Expert (including pivot tables and advanced formulas), Microsoft Project, and Achieving Process Excellence (APEX) for detailed analysis and reporting.
• Experience in applications of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS), Program Controls, and Cost/Schedule Integration.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance.

Responsabilités

• Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance for assigned control accounts.
• Develop and maintain budgets and schedules to ensure program objectives are met.
• Monitor performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with Earned Value Management (EVM) standards.
• Develop and deliver contractually required EVM reporting and analysis.
• Execute resource planning and facilitate Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) and Latest Revised.
• Estimate (LRE) inputs.
• Assist with risk and opportunity identification, analysis, and mitigation planning.
• Generate Basis of Estimates (BOEs), Baseline Change Requests (BCRs), and other cost/schedule artifacts to support program changes.
• Travel domestically per demand of the program.
