RTX in Tucson, AZ seeks a senior program control account manager to lead cost and schedule performance. You will govern cost accounts, coordinate with engineering, and ensure EVMS compliance.

You will develop BOEs, baselines, and change control artifacts, deliver updates to leadership, and support internal and external audits. This onsite role offers relocation assistance and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
• Experience managing technical work, cost accounts, or engineering tasks in a structured program.
• Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) principles and tools.
• Experience presenting performance data to program leadership.

Responsabilités

• Manage assigned control accounts from planning through execution and closure.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define completion criteria for technical tasks.
• Monitor progress, identify variances, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain control account plans, budgets, schedules, and work authorizations per EVMS guidelines.
• Analyze performance data, trends, and risks to provide insights into cost and schedule status.
• Prepare and deliver control account performance updates for program reviews and leadership forums.
• Coordinate across functions to manage dependencies and interfaces for efficient execution.
• Generate BOEs, Baseline Change Requests, and other cost/schedule artifacts for program changes.
• Ensure EVMS compliance and support audits of control account data.
