Job summary

RTX is seeking a Control Account Manager (CAM) to join the Capacity Growth Office. You will manage cost, schedule, and technical performance for assigned control accounts to ensure program objectives are met.

Hybrid role across Tucson, AZ; El Segundo, CA; McKinney, TX; or Boston, MA. No relocation. This role requires ability to obtain DoD security clearance and active clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with Earn Value Management (EVM); EVM certification preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas) and Microsoft Project.
• Knowledge of EVMS, Program Controls, and Cost/Schedule Integration.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance for assigned control accounts.
• Develop and maintain budgets and schedules to meet objectives.
• Monitor performance, analyze variances, implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting and EVM compliance.
• Develop and deliver contractually required EVM reporting and analysis.
• Execute resource planning and facilitate EAC and Latest Revised.
• Estimate (LRE) inputs.
• Assist with risk and opportunity identification, analysis, and mitigation planning.
• Generate Basis of Estimates (BOEs), Baseline Change Requests (BCRs), and other cost/schedule artifacts to support program changes.
• Travel domestically per demand of the program.
