RTX is seeking a Test Solutions Principal Control Account Manager to lead cost, schedule, and technical performance for assigned control accounts in Tucson, AZ. You will coordinate with engineering and functional teams to ensure EVMS compliance and successful program execution in a high-stakes defense environment.

The role requires a disciplined program management approach, strong EVMS experience, and the ability to present performance data to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field; 8+ years experience or 5+ years with advanced degree.
• Experience managing technical work, cost accounts, or engineering tasks in a structured program environment.
• Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) principles and tools.
• Experience with schedule management, budgeting, financial analysis, and program documentation.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an interim U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance.

Responsabilités

• Manage assigned control accounts from planning through execution and closure, ensuring alignment with program objectives.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define and validate completion criteria for technical tasks.
• Monitor progress, identify variances, and take corrective actions as needed.
• Develop and maintain control account plans, budgets, schedules, and work authorizations per EVMS guidelines.
• Analyze performance data and risks to provide insights on cost and schedule status.
• Prepare and deliver control account performance updates for reviews.
