RTX in Tucson, AZ seeks an experienced Control Account Manager to oversee planning, budgeting, and execution of assigned control accounts within EVMS guidelines. You will coordinate with engineering, manage dependencies, and deliver performance updates for leadership reviews.

The role requires a strong background in project cost management, scheduling, and program documentation, with a focus on compliant data and timely insights for program reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field required.
• Experience managing technical work, cost accounts or engineering tasks in a structured program environment.
• EVMS principles and tools experience preferred.
• Experience developing program documentation and presenting data to leadership.

Responsabilités

• Manage assigned control accounts from planning through execution and closure.
• Collaborate with engineering to define and validate completion criteria for technical tasks.
• Monitor progress, identify variances, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain control account plans, budgets, schedules and work authorizations.
• Analyze performance data and risks to inform cost/schedule status.
• Prepare control account performance updates for reviews and leadership forums.
• Coordinate across functions to manage dependencies and interfaces.
• Generate BOEs, BCRs, and other cost/schedule artifacts for changes.
• Ensure EVMS compliance and support audits.
