Job summary

RTX's Capacity Growth Office seeks a Control Account Manager to oversee cost, schedule, and technical performance for assigned control accounts. You will drive EVM reporting, IMS inputs, and BCRs while coordinating with engineering, SCM, and operations to ensure predictability and adherence to EVMS standards.

The role requires strong Excel and MS Project skills, EVMS experience, and the ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance.

Qualifications

• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and EVMS systems.
• Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and formulas.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and EVMS reporting.
• Experience using APEX for cost/schedule analysis.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance for assigned control accounts.
• Develop and maintain budgets and schedules to meet objectives.
• Monitor performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate cross-functional reporting to ensure EVM compliance.
• Prepare EVM reporting, EAC/LRE inputs, and BOEs as required.
• Support risk/opportunity analysis and program changes.
