Job summary

RTX is seeking a Control Account Manager (CAM) to join the Capacity Growth Office. The role focuses on cost, schedule, and technical performance for assigned control accounts within a hybrid work model across multiple U.S. locations.

Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance and meet DoD Secret level requirements. Responsibilities include EVM, IMS updates, BCRs, and variance analysis, with travel domestically as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and related certification is preferred.
• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and MS Project for detailed analysis.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance for assigned control accounts.
• Develop and maintain budgets and schedules to meet program objectives.
• Monitor performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting and EVMS compliance.
• Develop and deliver contractually required EVM reporting and analysis.
