Job summary

Integrated Power Services (IPS) seeks an experienced Contracts Administrator/Contract Specialist to review, negotiate, and finalize commercial contracts across the organization. You will collaborate with commercial and sales teams to understand scope, assess risks, and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong contract review/negotiation experience, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple internal customers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze, understand, and interpret legal documents.
• Proficiency in common office applications, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Basic understanding of corporate SOPs, safety, environmental regulations, and federal contracting laws.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to changing environment and support multiple internal customers.
• Ability to prioritize and maintain high degree of organization.
• Excellent time management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong contract review and negotiation experience.
• Paralegal certificate and experience is an added advantage, but not required.
• Experience in Federal Contracting regulations (FAR and DFARS) is an added advantage, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Review, negotiate, and finalize various commercial contracts across the organization.
• Assess, advise on, and minimize project risks.
• Collaborate with commercial and sales teams to understand scope and risk.
• Support contractual compliance including insurance and safety policies.
• Manage contract changes, support negotiations, and advise on disputes and conflicts.
• Advise on contract terms to support operational compliance.
• Discuss contract clauses with internal and external customers.
