Job summary

Team Industrial Services is seeking a Contracts Professional to review, revise, and negotiate the legal terms and conditions of customer contracts and related documents. The role collaborates with internal operational and commercial teams to understand proposed services and risks, and to resolve terms that align with TEAM's contracting guidelines.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in contracts, strong negotiation and drafting skills, and proficiency with MS Word

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience reviewing, revising, and negotiating contract terms.
• Experience with contractual risk allocation and common provisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word (tracked changes) and contract management systems.

Responsibilities

• Review, revise, and negotiate legal terms of customer Master Service Agreements, Subcontract Agreements, Purchase Orders, and NDAs.
• Identify contractual risks including indemnification, liability limits, insurance, and termination; propose alternative language per guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal managers to understand services and business context; explain risks and revisions clearly.
• Schedule and conduct customer negotiation calls and related correspondence with internal stakeholders.
• Escalate material legal risks and nonstandard provisions to Legal Department; obtain approvals before finalizing terms.
• Manage contract reviews through resolution, maintain files, and track open issues and timings.
