Aypa Power is seeking a Contracts Specialist to join the legal and commercial teams in Austin, Texas (remote across the USA). You will manage contract documents, oversee version control, and coordinate drafting, review, and execution of supply, service, and EPC agreements for energy storage projects.

The role requires 2–5 years in contract administration, strong MS Word/Adobe tool skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Two to five years of experience in contract administration or transactional support roles.
• Experience with EPC or equipment supply contracting in energy storage, renewables, or utility-scale infrastructure preferred.
• Strong MS Word redlining and document management abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary gatekeeper for all contract documents and maintain rigorous version control across forms, contracts, and exhibits.
• Own intake and processing of documents from counterparties, reconstructing tracked changes and scrubbing metadata.
• Incorporate Aypa standard terms into battery and solar EPC contracts and ensure adherence to templates.
• Draft initial contracts and review at each turn to drive execution on timelines.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counsel to progress terms toward completion.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, engineering, procurement, and commercial teams to structure contract scope and terms.
• Maintain contracting dashboards and trackers to monitor deal progression.
• Assemble execution packages and issue fully executed copies to teams.
