Job summary

Aypa Power LLC seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee utility-scale energy storage and hybrid renewable projects across markets. You will coordinate internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to meet cost, schedule, and quality goals while driving project execution from planning through commissioning.

You will use established PM tools, manage EPC/O&M/OEMS relationships, and contribute to strategy while tracking budgets, risks, and lessons learned. Remote-USA role with 10-15% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Engineering Management, or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in project management of utility-scale renewable energy projects.
• Experience with utility-scale battery energy storage is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the execution of multiple projects across markets, ensuring timely delivery by internal teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
• Develop, test, construct/install, and commission large-scale renewables and energy storage systems.
• Manage relationships with EPC vendors, OEMs, O&M service providers, and EMS providers for installation and commissioning.
• Contribute to the long-term project management and execution strategy for Aypa's energy storage portfolio.
• Report KPI data monthly to management including EPC, project finance, and legal aspects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage budgets for capex and construction, and provide inputs for bids.
